* Insurance Fee: The insurance coverage is for accidents only and is mandatory. If you have your own coverage, you must sign a waiver card to have the charge removed. Basic sickness coverage is available. Contact the Health Services Office, located on the first floor of C-Building (Room C-122), or by phone at (716) 614-6275. View the Insurance Waiver.
** Distance-Learning Fee: Students who are taking only Distance Learning courses may have on-campus fees waived.
