2013 Women’s Lacrosse
With a young roster, the 2013 women’s lacrosse team completed its most successful season in the four-year history of the program, finishing with a record of 2-7. The Thunderwolves knocked off Herkimer CC for the first-time ever and scored a 16-4 blow-out victory over rival Genesee CC. Freshman April Maziarz led the team in most major statistical categories, followed closely by classmates Lexi Zugay and Mackenzie Oddo. Freshman goalkeeper Savannah Fauzey also stood out with several double-digit save outings. NCCC returns a handful of girls next season as it looks to continue to climb up the Region III standings.
