2011 Women’s Volleyball
What an exciting season for the 2011 Women’s Volleyball team! The season opened with the first annual Thunderwolves Tournament where the girls took home 1st place. The team continued to have great success and entered the Regional Tournament, hosted by NCCC, undefeated. With no surprise the Thunderwolves earned the Region III title, heading in to the National Tournament 33-0. Sophomore Jessica Crooks led the Thunderwolves scoring more than 1,000 points during her time here at NCCC. The T-Wolves finished their season ranked 6th in the Nation. Head Coach Joe Daigler is confident with his returning sophomores the team will make their 3rd appearance at the 2012 National Tournament.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Open Volleyball tryouts will be held on May 1st at 6:30pm in the main gym. All interested are encouraged to attend.
