Nine tips that can save you time, money and aggrivation.

1. Save your cash register receipts. NO RECEIPT...NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
2. Refunds/Exchanges check the dates on our refund page.
   
3. Do not mark your new textbooks in any way until you are absolutely sure that you will be keeping them. Otherwise you will lose 25% if they are returned.
   
4. Do not open shrink-wrapped textbook packages until you are absolutely sure that you will be keeping them. Some packages are marked as non-returnable if opened, while others can only be returned for 75% of the purchase price.
   
5. No refunds or exchanges on computer software.
   
6. No refunds on clothing purchases…exchanges only for sizing problems.
   
7. Always bring your current computer generated class schedule and your current NCCC ID to the Bookstore when you want to purchase textbooks and required supplies no matter what method of payment you are using.
   
8. Always bring a current photo ID (Drivers License or NCCC ID preferred) to the Bookstore when you want to make any other type of purchase.
   
9. All credit cards must be signed in order to be accepted as payment.

Textbook Buyback Dates & Times

Textbook Buyback is held on three days during the first week of the Fall and Spring Semesters and during the week of Fall, Spring and Summer Finals. The buyback dates and times are posted prior to finals. Textbook titles and prices are available at the time of buy back only. The College Bookstore reserves the right to determine which text books will be bought for store use. Photo ID is required.
