P/T Baking and Pastry Instructor

DATE DUE: Continuous


Teach baking and pastry course(s) during fall 2018 semester. Remuneration is $675 per lecture contact hour or $600 per lab contact hour.


Associate's degree in baking and pastry or culinary arts.


Bachelor's degree; experience in specialized area of breads, plated desserts, specialty cakes, and/or Viennese pastry.
