Childhood Education
 

 The Program

This program is designed for students who wish to transfer to a four year college or university to pursue a bachelor's degree in Childhood Education and be certified to teach grades 1-6. You are smart to start your professional preparation at NCCC because of the following program features:
  • Jointly Registered Program with SUNY College at Buffalo (Buffalo State College)
  • Easy transfer to other colleges and universities locally and nationally
  • Award-winning professors with outstanding credentials
  • Small class size to enable faculty to devote more attention to individual students
  • Individual advisement by faculty who have interest and expertise in Childhood Education
  • Hands-on experience that provides you with 60 hours in local elementary school classrooms
