The following refund policy is in effect for NCCC non-credit course offerings:
- 100 percent (less a $5 withdrawal fee) refund prior to the first meeting of the class
- 50 percent refund after the first class meeting and prior to the second class
- 25 percent refund after the second class and before the third class
- No refunds will be made after the third class
- Refunds will be processed upon receipt of a written or phone withdrawal request
- For one-day classes or workshops, 100 percent refund will be given prior to the class, minus a $5 withdrawal fee
- If a class is filled prior to receiving a registration, a notification will be sent and tuition will be refunded in full
- The college reserves the right to cancel any course which has insufficient enrollment. Registrants will be notified and tuition reimbursed in full
- Certificate Replacement: A fee of $5 will be charged for replacement certificates for credentialing courses.
