Hospitality and Tourism Training - Niagara Falls

Are you currently unemployed? In need of short-term career focused training? Meet your employment goals at NCCC, with a course aligned with our region's growing Hospitality & Tourism Industry, and at no cost to you!

The WNY Economic Development Council has identified tourism as one of the eight industry sectors in the region where we already enjoy high concentrations of employment, potential growth in jobs, and where wages are greatest!

In five weeks you will be prepared for multiple positions!

The program includes:

  • *The 40 hour, internationally recognized National Retail Federation’s (NRF) Customer Service and Sales Fundamentals course.
  • *The 40 hour, internationally recognized American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute’s (AHLEI) Restaurant Server course.
  • *The 8 hour National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe Food Handler Program; includes the internationally recognized ServSafe Food Handler Certification!
  • *The 5 hour TIPS Training for Intervention Procedures course. TIPS is the global leader in education and training for the responsible service, sale, and consumption of alcohol; includes the internationally recognized TIPS Certification!

Training location: Niagara Falls Culinary Institute, 28 Old Falls Street, Niagara Falls, NY

Course date: June 12 - July 12, 2017, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM (weekdays)
