Child Abuse Identification and Reporting Workshop

child abuse identificationChild Abuse Identification and Reporting Workshop is a training course which meets the requirements for New York State Education Department Certification. All applicants for Certification are required to complete coursework or training regarding the identification and reporting of suspected child abuse and maltreatment in accordance with Sections 3003(4) and 3004 of the Education Law.

S.A.V.E. Workshop

stop school violenceS.A.V.E. (School Violence Prevention and Intervention) Workshop is a training course which meets the requirements for New York State Education Department Certification. Chapter 181 of the Laws of 2000 established a new one-time requirement for all applicants for New York State certification as teaching assistants, teachers, pupil personnel service professionals and school administrators to complete two clock hours of course work or training in school violence prevention and intervention in accordance with section 3004 of the Education Law.
