A service of Niagara County Community College's Department of Corporate Training is to conduct "Company Operational Assessments."
These assessments include, but are not limited to Training, Safety and Hazard Assessments.
Training Assessment Services:
- Review Strategy
- Select Survey Participants
- Develop Training Mission Statement
- Define Objectives & Needs
- Prioritize Needs
- Define Recommended Training Programs
- Develop Proposed Schedule
Hazard Assessments:
This service is designed to evaluate the following range of hazards in the workplace:
- ergonomic hazards
- mechanical hazards
- lifting hazards
- electrical hazards
- fire hazards

Safety Assessments:
This service offered by Niagara County Community College, Department of Corporate Training is based on the inspection process performed by OSHA. Key elements of the program are as follows:
- Review of your OSHA Form #200 and #101 (last 5 years)
- Review of existing Safety & Health programs
- Review of existing Safety & Health training records
- Physical walk-through of the facility
- Identification of existing Safety & Health deficiencies
- Detailed Report of Findings (walk-through, reviews) with applicable standards, policies, or programs identified
This Safety Assessment will assist companies in identifying their strengths and weaknesses in their management of their safety.
