Digital Media Facilities

Students in the Digital Media program have access to two state-of-the art computer classrooms. The PC Classroom (D-106) has 20 dual-monitor Windows workstations, 3 scanners, and a laser printer.

The Macintosh Classroom (D-108) has
18 G-5 IMac computers, two scanners,
and a laser printer. Students also
have access to digital video cameras,
digital still cameras, microphones,
digital video recorders, and analog/digital
converters for use in creating digital
video and projects. |

Students use many different types of
software in the Digital Media courses,
including: Adobe® Creative
Suite CS2 (Photoshop, Illustrator, ImageReady,
Acrobat Professional), Macromedia® Studio
8 (Flash, Fireworks, FlashPaper, Dreamweaver),
Microsoft Office, Final Cut Express,
DigiDesign ProTools,and Sony Sound Forge.
