Purpose

The NCCC Faculty Association advocates practical means of protecting and advancing the best interests of higher education in Niagara County, such as enhancing the academic climate of the College, bettering educational opportunities, and maintaining academic freedom for both students and faculty in the pursuit of knowledge and the acquisition of skills and values.

The NCCC Faculty Association represents faculty professionals, non-ranked professionals, and para-professionals at Niagara County Community College in collective bargaining concerning the terms and conditions of their employment.
