Niagara County Community College requires the following items for admission to the College. International [F-1] students must be full-time with a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester, and must be officially accepted (matriculated) into a degree program.

Please remember to allow as much time as possible due to Consulate/Embassy Holidays, vacations, and the increased review of all student visa applications. Canadian students are not required to visit the Consulate. There is also a $100 SEVIS fee paid (Form I-901)that must be paid before applying for a visa (Canadian students must pay the fee but no visa is required); students may pay the fee via the Internet to the Dept. of Homeland Security. Consulates will not issue your visa if you do not produce a receipt that the fee has been paid. For more information, please refer to the information provided in these links:

NOTE: These are print-only forms and once completed, originals must be mailed to the NCCC Office of Enrollment Services/International Admissions. Canadian students with English as their first language do not need to complete the "English Proficiency Report." Canadian students are not required to submit a TOEFL score as long as English is their first/native language. Canadian students may also submit certified bank statement of a minimum of $8,000 in US equivalent funds for expenses. The requirements for submission of an official high school transcript, immunization, Compass placement tests, and the written essay about educational goals still apply.
