The Niagara County/Western New York area experiences the complete range of weather extremes in the four seasons - Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. Temperatures range from extremely hot [30c+] in July and August, to extremely cold [-20c] in January and February.
Students unaccustomed to cold weather should plan to purchase warm insulated clothing after they arrive in Western New York.
