NCCC Offering Workshop on Fulbright Program
SANBORN, N.Y. (Sept. 10, 2008) — Niagara County Community College and the Western New York/Northwest Pennsylvania Chapter of the Fulbright Association are sponsoring a free workshop Sept. 19 for administrators, faculty, students and the community interested in learning more about opportunities for the academic exchange program. The conference theme is “Creating International Bridges Through Fulbright.”
The free workshop will be held from 12:45 to 2:30 p.m. in G-244 on the NCCC campus in Sanborn. Registration is at 12:45 and guest speaker Lindsay Cavert, IIE Fulbright Student Outreach Program Officer, will speak at 1:15 p.m. Breakout sessions to learn more about Fulbright opportunities begins at 1:45 p.m. in E-118 and E119.
