NCCC Names Oswald Director of Small Business Development Center

Niagara County Community College President Dr. James Klyczek today announced the appointment of Lynn Oswald as the Director of the Small Business Development Center (SBDC).

Oswald returns to NCCC after a three year hiatus, having previously worked as a business advisor with the SBDC for over seven years. In her previous capacity, she worked with over 200 clients annually providing assistance in starting or expanding small businesses. In 2005 she was named the top advisor in the State of New York. Oswald’s most recent employment was with M & T Bank as a Financial Analyst. Her prior work history also includes several positions in commercial lending.

In addition, Ms. Oswald is currently an adjunct faculty member of Niagara County Community College for the Business Department. She also teaches recordkeeping as part of the NCIDA Microenterprise program.

Ms. Oswald has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and an MBA in Finance from the University at Buffalo.
