Public Relations

What We Do: The Public Relations Department of Niagara County Community College is responsible for internal and external communications. This includes fostering effective relations with the public and media; developing and coordinating the execution of academic publications; creating marketing and advertising materials; and overseeing the content on the NCCC website and social media. The Public Relations Department accomplishes this by building relationships with the College's internal and external constituencies and other public groups. The NCCC Public Relations Department is responsible for the following:

  • College marketing and advertising
  • Publication planning and design
  • Management of the College's website
  • Updating official College social media outlets
  • Video Production
  • The NCCC Print Shop (internal printing) and print coordination for out-sourced projects
  • Coordination of campus-wide events including Commencement, All College Meetings, NCCC Foundation Scholarship Gala, Annual Recognition Reception.
  • Compiling and distributing the daily employee email newsletter, NCCC Today
  • Updating campus digital media monitors
  • Photography for institutional publicity purposes

The Public Relations Department encompasses four offices:

  • Public Relations Office
  • TV and Video Production
  • Print Shop
  • Mail Room

The Public Relations Department is located on the second floor of the Notar Administration Building (A Building, Room A-231). The Print Shop is located in G Building, Room G-159b. The Mail Room is located in G Building, Room G-159. Video Production is located in D Building, Room D-120.
