Registration & Records Office
Mission Statement
The Registration & Records Office shall provide personalized quality service which is accessible and responsive to a diverse community. The Office is charged with compliance to all federal, state, and institutional regulations and policies as applicable to the areas of registration and records. Services are designed to preserve the integrity, accuracy, and privacy of academic records while enabling students to obtain services in an efficient manner. In unison with other support areas of the Student Services unit, the office fulfills a role in facilitating and promoting the academic mission of the institution.
The Registration & Records Office provides many services to help you in your academic career. Here you’ll find information on registration, transcript requests, enrollment verifications, course audits, S/U grading, course withdrawals, name/address changes, transfer credit evaluations, and more. Graduation applications may now be submitted through Banner Web.

Course Overloads
If you have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5, you may be permitted to register for a course overload, in which you may take more than 18 credit hours in the Fall or Spring semester.
In the summer, more than 6 credit hours in a session is considered an overload.
You may request permission from your advisor at the time of advanced registration.
Final Grades
Final grades are not mailed to students. You must access Banner Web to view your grades. Detailed instructions for viewing final grades can be found in the Guide to Online Student Services. You can request an official grade report be mailed to you by clicking on the following link to the Request a Grade Report form.
