All students planning to graduate must apply for graduation by logging in to Banner Web. Click on "Student & Financial Aid", "Student Records", "Graduation Application - Submit" to apply online. This should be completed during their last semester of enrollment. A processing fee of $30 is also due at time of application, whether or not the student plans to attend the ceremony. Filing deadlines are published throughout the campus, and emailed to students T-Wolves accounts. Failure to file by deadline will result in the delay of the student's diploma and/or certificate.
Please note there is one formal cap/gown graduation ceremony in May. ALL potential graduates from Spring, in addition to those graduates from the previous Summer and Fall semesters, are given the opportunity to attend this ceremony typically held the third Saturday in May.
Diplomas/certificates are NOT issued on stage at the May ceremony as graduation evaluations take place after commencement. Therefore, all potential Spring graduates are allowed to cross the stage in May, along with those graduates from the previous Summer and Fall semesters. All students will receive a blank diploma cover and tassel, and Spring graduates will receive their actual diploma/certificate in the mail during the month of June.
If you choose not to attend commencement, your diploma/certificate will be mailed to you. However, you will need to attend the May commencement ceremony if you want a diploma cover or tassel. These items are not mailed or distributed after the ceremony.
