How to Register Online using Banner Web

Fall/Spring

Only non-matriculated students (those not enrolled in a degree/certificate program) may register for classes through the Registration & Records Office in accordance with the registration dates above.

Non-matriculated students may register by accessing our printable Application Form and bringing it to the Registration & Records Office, or sending it via fax/mail. Our fax number is (716)614-6821. Once your application is processed, you will be given instructions on how to register online.  Please note that applicants with special circumstances (i.e. felony conviction) must have their application completed and submitted 60 calendar days prior to the start of the semester.

If you are a continuing non-matriculated student, you will receive a detailed letter explaining how to register online (see above link How to Register Online using Banner Web). If you are a matriculated student (enrolled in a degree/certificate program), you must meet with an academic advisor prior to performing online registration. See above link on How to Register Online using Banner Web. If you are returning after a lapse in your attendance at NCCC and wish to enroll as a matriculated student, you must do so through Admissions. You will receive an appointment letter to attend a Student Advisement Registration Session (STARS) upon Admissions acceptance. Tuition and fees are due according to published deadlines.

Summer

Non-matriculated students (current and new) may advance register for classes in accordance with the registration dates (see link above). If you are a continuing matriculated student, you are eligible to register online at the same time you register online for your Fall classes. You will receive a detailed letter explaining this process. Continuing non-mats will be mailed a detailed letter which will inform you of the online registration process and dates of eligibility for registration.

New matriculated students for summer will receive an appointment letter to attend a Student Advisement Registration Session (STARS) upon Admissions acceptance. You will also be allowed to register for Fall classes at this session.

New non-matriculated students may register through our printable Application Form and sending this by mail, fax, or by visiting the Registration & Records Office staff (A-201). You must meet all prerequisites, including Academic Foundations testing.
