The NCCC Campus Child Development Center is a child-care facility and early-childhood education program for children ages 18 months to 4 years old. The center is conveniently located in the middle of the Sanborn campus, allowing parents to visit and/or observe their children throughout the day. It is licensed to operate by the New York State Office of Child and Family Services. The center is officially accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children, which recognizes outstanding early childhood programs that meet national standards of high quality care and education.

The registration fee is $20 every semester. Weekly fees are determined by a sliding scale based on the parents' combined annual income. Students can use financial aid, DSS, VESID, or private arrangements to pay for child care. All staff are qualified with a degree or certification to work with children. There is a classroom routine and learning curriculum used in the classrooms. Daily meals are provided. Space is limited, so early application is advised. Parents may call or visit the center in order to be placed on the waiting list.
