TWO WAYS TO REGISTER!
Please read the following paragraphs, and fill out all the information on the form below. Take care to enter a valid and current email address, and to click SUBMIT upon completion of the online form. A second option for registering is to download the pdf at the bottom of this page, print, and fill out all information - the mailing address is at the top of the form.

Niagara County Community College’s Tech Prep program has been working with local high schools since 1991 to develop strong career and technical programs linking students to community college majors. You have been identified by your high school teacher / counselor as a student who is presently enrolled in a Tech Prep course or program. Tech Prep can be of great benefit to you if you choose to attend NCCC after high school graduation. The identified Tech Prep course / program you are currently enrolled in may be either college credit bearing and / or allow you advanced placement in a related NCCC degree or certificate program (for qualifying information, contact the Tech Prep Office).

Because Tech Prep is a federally funded grant project, we are mandated by the New York State and U.S. Department of Education to identify your enrollment, completion and graduation status from high school and college, should you go on to any postsecondary institutions. The information you provide us on this form STAYS in our office and is only shared with state and federal bureaus in aggregate numbers. Your name, address and other personal information are NOT given out or shared with any agency, school or business and remains in our database to report your program on an annual basis. If you, your parents or guardians have any questions regarding this information, please do not hesitate to contact the office. We thank you for your interest in Tech Prep and hope that your academic, career and personal goals are being fully realized through your participation in the program. Your responses to the following questions are optional and will not affect your status as a registered Tech Prep student in our program. They are used for program reporting to the New York State and U.S. Department's of Education to evaluate the effectiveness of Tech Prep and are not shared with any entity or used for admission purposes to NCCC. Information will be kept confidential.
