Newly remodeled, NCCC's Notar Administration Building contains the offices of the President, Academic Affairs, Administrative Affairs, Enrollment Services (including Admissions and Financial Aid), Administrative Operations, Institutional Research, Equity and Diversity Services, Affirmative Action, Registration & Records Office, Public Relations, Cashier's Office, Foundation Office and the Alumni Association Office.
 

The building is named in honor of Dr. Ernest Notar, first president of the College, who served from 1962-1975.
