This building houses the academic programs in Life Science, Engineering Technology / Chemistry, Nursing, and Math/Physics/Computer & Information Sciences.

The building contains generous lab space and lecture halls and is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. The Math Center provides tutorial support.

The Health Services Center is located in this building, as well as the Offices for Lifelong Learning, Small Business Development Center, Community Education, and the Law Enforcement Academy.
