The most architecturally striking building of the campus, D-Building is the heart of the College in many ways.
The Henrietta G. Lewis Library's four floors house the College's collection of books, periodicals, media, and audio visual equipment. The Office of Information Technology, V. James Renda Faculty Resource Center, Open Access Computer Lab, Multimedia Resources, and Technical Support Services are also located in this building.
The LLC has an online catalog (OASIS) and a number of Internet workstations with access to periodical databases. The library is open 64 hours per week, including Saturdays. Visit the

The V. James Renda Faculty Resource Center for Academic Excellence, located in Room D-121, provides innovative services to assist NCCC faculty in their teaching. The Center is used for meetings, teleconferences, workshops, presentations, and a variety of other events.
A fully-equipped television studio, control room, and editing suites are used for the production of videos, including the College's monthly cable TV show N-Triple-Scene. These facilities are also used as a lab for students in the Digital Media and Communications & Media Arts programs and as a production center for the campus-wide CCTV network.
Niagara County Community College is a member of the SUNYSAT system and has an earth station downlink to receive satellite transmissions.
NCCC's licensed pre-school and day care center, an exhibition art gallery, and the Distinguished Alumni Gallery are also in this building.
