Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is an essential skill expected in today’s office environment.

Microsoft Excel: This course is geared towards an audience with an intermediate level of computer experience. Learn formatting, how to navigate through workbooks and spreadsheets, create simple formulas, charts and tables. The mail merge feature of MS Word and Excel will be reviewed. 

Dates: February 19 or April 14, 2020 (Excel Basic)    February 20 or April 15, 2020 (Excel Advanced)   
Time: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Location: NCCC Sanborn Campus Room TBA
Cost: $120 per session or both for $215

Microsoft PowerPoint: This course is geared towards an audience with a basic to intermediate level of computer experience. Topics include the PowerPoint environment, structuring a presentation, creating a slide show, managing, themes, slides, and transitions, adding voiceover, and animating text and photos. Ideal presentation designs, slide quantity, and animated feature limits will be discussed.   

Microsoft Word: This course is geared towards an audience with a basic to intermediate level of computer experience. The MS Word environment will be explored. Topics include cut/copy/paste, keyboard shortcuts, text formatting, creating hyperlinks in a document, working with templates, formatting columns, tables, text boxes, and pictures. The mail merge feature of MS Word and Excel will be reviewed.
