Driving Programs

Driving Programs at NCCC

Student drivers

NCCC partners with AAA of WNY to offer several Driving Programs. A Driver Education course is available to help students learn safe driving techniques. Successful students will receive their MV285(blue card) and a one year basic membership with AAA. For licensed drivers we offer Driving Insurance and Point Reduction Program to refresh safe driving habits and to receive a reduction in insurance rates and reduce points. Not able to attend classroom training? Then consider Driving Insurance and Point Reduction Program - Online. For those who are mandated by the courts to attend a safe driving class Driving Improvement For Traffic Violators is available.

A recent addition to our Driver Training & Safety Programs is a Motorcycle Safety Training Course. NCCC has partnered with Motorcycle Safety Foundation and Motorcycle Safety School to offer this basic rider course for beginning Riders. Classroom training and exercises in a controlled environment on the NCCC range provide a complete introduction to safe motorcycling. Successfully complete this rider course and New York State will waive the road test portion of your motorcycle endorsement test. A discount on your motorcycle premiums may also be available.
