Niagara County Community College's Department of Corporate Training is committed to provide training and customized services that conform to all established reqiuirements and the reasonable expectations of its customers. We are further committed to a department-wide process of continuous improvement through total quality management.

In the implementation of this policy, every employee of the Corporate Training Department shares the responsibility to manage quality with a constant focus on fundamental guiding principles.
