Quality Training

In order for any business to effectively compete in today's global economy, a high standard of quality in both management and production must be maintained and documented.

ISO/QS 9000

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies from around the world who facilitate the international exchange of goods and services.

In the 21st century, ISO sees a world in which global trade between nations continues to grow at a rate 3 to 4 times faster than national economies; a world in which the design, manufacturing, marketing, and customer service operations of a growing majority of individual enterprises are distributed across many countries. ISO 9000 is a series of quality standards that are recognized worldwide as a measure of customer satisfaction. A measure, that has become increasingly necessary, to comepte in today's global marketplace.

For companies involved in the automobile industry, NCCC offers training programs in QS 9000.

ISO 14000

This international Standard for "Environmental Management Systems" has seen significant growth since it's inception. Companies that wish to prove their environmental impact through third party registration or just declare their sensitivity to the environment through self-declaration, may do so under this standard.

To help your company decide what course of action to take we offer introductory seminars that explain the basic components of the ISO 14000 standard. Environmental Management Systems (EMS) Environmental Auditing, Site Assessment, Performance Evaluation and Product Evaluation will be included in these presentations.

Companies that choose to pursue the development of an ISO 14000 EMS system will then be assisted in their quest, through a custom designed training agenda, that will take the organization from it's introduction to it's performance evaluation.
