Baking Basics Micro-credential

Baking Basics will provide a basic education in baking and pastry skills and techniques.  In addition, students will learn about industry operations and basic sanitation.

  • PAS 100 Baking Theories and Principles, 3 credits
  • PAS 110 Baking Foundations, 2 credits
  • PAS 101 Breads and Rolls, 4 credits
