Room reservations may be make by contacting Maureen Winters at firstname.lastname@example.org. No phone reservations will be accepted, we must have them by email. You should list the date/time requested and if you are requesting D-106A (large conference room) or D-106B (small conference room). Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis. You must receive a confirmation email from Maureen to complete the reservation. If you are requesting food for the event, you must put that in writing and meet with Maureen to discuss details.
