Annual Report 2018-19

Led by Baking & Pastry Arts instructors and Certified Executive Pastry Chefs, Cathy Barron and Seana Sullivan, students at NFCI designed and created a unique life-sized gingerbread house as part of the annual Gingerbread Wonderland activities. This year the house featured a book shop, candy shop, board game themed house and of course Santa’s house!  More than 8,000 tickets were sold for the family friendly activities indoors including cookie decorating, face-painting, and holiday crafts. Guests also enjoyed many free activities within NFCI including live music, a magic show, a train show and visits with Santa Claus, as well as outdoor activities such as horse and carriage rides and concerts on Old Falls Street in conjunction with Jingle Falls.  Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 30th when Gingerbread Wonderland and Jingle Falls kick off for 2019!
