Annual Report 2018-19

Implemented in the fall of 2018, the Transfer Promise Program is designed to admit New York City students who were denied admissions from Buffalo State College. At SUNY Niagara, these students will receive specialized attention from our Career and Transitional Services office and Buffalo State College’s Assistant Director of Transfer Admissions to ensure a smooth transfer process into Buffalo State College. These students will need to complete a minimum 24 credits and carry over a 2.0 GPA from SUNY Niagara in order to be guaranteed a transfer spot at Buffalo State College.
