Welcome to the SUNY Niagara Online Teaching Academy Faculty Support Center. This site is devoted to teaching and learning innovation and best practices for teaching online, hybrid, and hyflex courses. In this resource, you will find information to help you with instructional design including course development, compliance requirements including accessibility, and Regular and Substantive Interaction “RSI”.  In addition, we will provide resources to deliver and teach the course through technology tools for engaging students in multiple modalities, strategies to humanize online courses and building online teaching presence, and more.
