The Student Housing Village at Niagara County Community College is now accepting applications for the 2022-2023 school year. The $75 administrative fee is being waived for the month of August for new and returning residents. Our suites are going fast, so be sure to apply today at www.niagaracc.suny.edu/housing.

NCCC offers a unique residential experience for its students: single bedroom occupancy. These single rooms are attached to a shared living room, bathroom, and kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and dining space. The suites can accommodate two to five residents.

NCCC’s Student Housing Village also includes 24/7 on-site security, a mailroom, vending machines, coin operated laundry, and several community rooms for events or group study sessions.

A $200 refundable security deposit ($206 if using PayPal) is still required.

NCCC is one of 30 community colleges in the State University of New York, the largest public university system in the country. The College provides more than 50 certificate and degree programs and is funded by the Niagara County Legislature, the State University of New York, and student tuition
