Non-Credit One Day Cooking Classes
The Niagara Falls Culinary Institute offers a variety of hands-on culinary and baking classes. Whether you are coming on your own, having a date night, or booking a birthday party for your kids – we can teach you to cook like a pro. Don’t forget the best part… you get to eat what you make! Each class includes a demonstration, a hands-on experience, and a meal!

The number of in-person participants in a Community Education class is capped at 10 attendees according to NYS occupancy mandates. Participants are required to wear masks at all times in class. Mandates also require that we do not have group seating- there will be tables of two available for public classes, spaced according to NYS mandates.
