The Niagara Falls Culinary Institute offers a variety of hands-on culinary, baking, and beverage classes. Whether you are coming on your own, having a date night, or booking a birthday party for your kids – we can teach you to cook like a pro. Don’t forget the best part… you get to eat what you make! Each class is a good mix of information, demonstration, and hands-on learning.

Classes are available both in-person and remotely (at a discounted rate).

Please indicate on the registration form your format choice. For remote participants, ingredients and directions will be packaged securely and available for pickup at NFCI the day your class is scheduled. Participants will be able to partake in the class synchronously through a secure ZOOM link, and the class will be recorded for viewing at a later time if you prefer.

In-person participants will need to be screened by an NFCI employee and answer a short questionnaire. Although this is a short process, please take this into account when planning your arrival to NFCI.

The number of in-person participants in a Community Education class is capped at 10 attendees according to NYS occupancy mandates. Participants are required to wear masks at all times in class. Mandates also require that we do not have group seating- there will be tables of two available for public classes, spaced according to NYS mandates.
