Come gain hands-on experience at the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute! Potential students will be immersed in a laboratory setting of their choice. Students will be able to connect with current students and faculty.

Culinary Arts Shadow Day

  • 9:00am: Tour
  • 9:45am-10:15am: CUL 120 Principles of Baking
  • 10:15am-11:15am: CUL 121 Culinary Foundations
  • 11:15am-11:45am: CUL 200 Garde Manger
  • 11:45am-12:15pm: CUL 210 American Cuisine
  • 12:15pm-12:45pm: CUL 223 Restaurant Experience
  • 12:45pm-1:30pm: Lunch in Savor
  • 1:30pm-2:30pm: Meet with Admissions Representative (review application, help apply, walk through FAFSA)

Baking & Pastry Arts Shadow Day

  • 1:15pm-2:00pm: PAS 110 Baking Foundations
  • 2:00pm-2:45pm: PAS 106 Plated Desserts
  • 2:45pm-3:30pm: Tour
