Shadow Day at Niagara Falls Culinary Institute

Come gain hands-on experience at the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute! Potential students will be immersed in a laboratory setting of their choice. Students will be able to connect with current students and faculty.

Fall Shadowing agenda:

Culinary Arts Shadow Day

  • 10:00am-11:00am: Saucier
  • 11:00am-12:00pm: Breakfast & Lunch
  • 12:00pm-1:00pm: Lunch
  • 1:00pm-2:00pm: Tour

Baking & Pastry Arts Shadow Day

  • 10:00am-11:00am: Cakes and Tortes
  • 11:00am-12:00pm: Plated Desserts
  • 12:00pm-1:00pm: Lunch
  • 1:00pm-2:00pm: Tour

Hospitality Management Shadow Day

  • 11:00am-12:00pm: Services Styles and Techniques
  • 12:00pm-1:00pm: Lunch
  • 1:00pm-2:00pm: Tour
