Faculty/Staff Email Info

All Faculty and Staff are issued an SUNY Niagara email account. Your SUNY Niagara email account is to be used for communicating with members of the College community. This is not indicated as an email account for personal use. Please do not use it for such.  If you need assistance accessing your account, then please contact the Help Desk at 716-614-6730. You can access your email in two ways:

1. On Campus: Microsoft Outlook. Please use only Outlook & not Microsoft Outlook Express or Microsoft Mail, as the latter email programs are not compatible with our email server.
2. On or Off Campus: Web-based access to email accounts (Outlook Web Access). Access the page by going to the header at the top of any SUNY Niagara Web page. There is a heading called “MYSUNY Niagara”. Under the MYSUNY Niagara heading, click the link titled “Faculty/Staff Email”.
