We are happy to host your event on our campus. Please follow these easy steps to reserve space!
- Download the reservation form and fill out page 1.
- Save it to your computer and then send it to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- The Event Coordinator will contact you with further questions regarding set-up, food, and other logistics. Once all of the details are in order, the event coordinator will send you a reservation confirmation and contract.
- Once all paper work is received and confirmed, show up to your event and have a great time!
External organizations who would like to table on campus must be sponsored/hosted by an on-campus department, club, or member of the faculty/staff. Please contact Event Management for more information.
