Enrollment & Degree Verification online through Myhub

Myhub is a free and secure online application provided by the National Student Clearinghouse. It provides students with access to their verified education records from all colleges and universities participating in Myhub and related self-service features.

If you are a current student requesting an enrollment verification letter or need documentation to verify that you earned a degree or certificate, you may print this by going to Banner Web.  Once logged in, click on “Students Records”, then “Enrollment Verifications – National Student Clearinghouse” or visit https://www.myhub.org today to create or access your account.  Verifications are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year via this website.

If you cannot log into Banner Web, you may complete an enrollment verification request in the Enrollment Center or complete an online Verification of Enrollment Form.

Enrollment can be verified only after the official add/drop period has ended, typically after the first week of school. Pre-registration can be verified after tuition is paid.
