SUNY Niagara has partnered with Heartland ECSI to provide students with IRS Form 1098-T Tuition Statement (“Form 1098-T”). Follow the link provided to access current and prior years’ Form 1098-T. (Note: you do NOT need to create a profile with Heartland/ECSI to access your form 1098-T.)

If you have not already done so, sign up to receive your Form 1098-T electronically. To do so, please give your consent. Use the link provided below and complete the step-by-step instructions. Your Form 1098-T will be provided by the end of January 2022. If your consent to receive the form electronically is not received by January 1, 2022, your Form 1098-T will be mailed to the current address on file.
