Refund Policy

Students who withdraw from classes will receive refunds for tuition based on the following schedule:

100% refunded prior to start of class
75% refunded during week one of classes
50% refunded during week two of classes
25% refunded during week three of classes
0% refunded after week three of classes

Classes scheduled for 10 hours or less:

100% refunded prior to start of classes
0% refunded after first day of classes

A $5.00 withdrawal fee will apply lo all refunds.

Student will be held financially responsible for any course from which they withdraw based on the date of withdrawal.

**NON-ATTENDANCE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE WITHDRAWAL; A STUDENT MUST OFFICIALLY WITHDRAW FROM THE COURSE TO OBTAIN A REFUND. If you wish to cancel your registration you must call 716-614-6236.

Course Fees

All tuition is based on a per-person basis and is payable 10 working days in advance of the course start date. Please make company check, money order, purchase order, or voucher payable to: Niagara County Community College. (Personal checks or cash not recommended.)

Attendance

Attendance is mandatory for participants in order to receive the required certifications at the end of the course. Tardiness to some courses may result in an individual having to reschedule. Participants who fail to complete the course will not be issued training completion certificates.

Class Size

Classes may have size limitations of twenty five (25) students, with enrollment accepted on a first-come first-served basis.

Cancellations

Niagara County Community College reserves the right to cancel any course due to low enrollment. Any class with less than six (6) paid enrollees will be canceled. Persons enrolled in a canceled class are entitled to a full refund or to attend the next available class in the same fiscal year, September 1 – August 31.
