Medical Billing Certification Prep
This 16-hour review course will prepare you for the Medical Association of Billers (MAB) Certification Exam. Topics covered during the review are: Medical Terminology, Medical Office Insurance, ICD, proper handling of Medicare Claims, Claim Resolution, Insurance Carriers, and others. A two-hour exam is given at the completion of the review. Certification is awarded through the Medical Association of Billers (MAB) – an internationally recognized billing and coding support organization.
Students will receive certificates from MAB after passing the assessment, and be recognized as a Certified Medical Billing Specialist (failures will be notified by mail and must retake the test within 30 days of the mail notification). Successful completion of the exam includes a 1-year membership in the Medical Association of Billers organization.

Times: 5-9 p.m. (Review) | 2:30-6:30 p.m. (Exam – May 26)
Cost: $695 plus book, includes Medical Billing Certification Preparation Classes, Power Weekend Study Guide Review Book, and Certification Exam.
