Workforce Development Refund Policy

Students who withdraw from classes will receive refunds for tuition based on the following schedule:

100% refund prior to the first day of scheduled class
75% refund – first day of scheduled class
50% refund – second day of scheduled class
25% refund – third day of scheduled class
0% refund – after third day of scheduled class

Classes scheduled for 10 hours or less:

100% refund prior to the first day of scheduled class
0% refund after the first day of scheduled class

This refund policy does not apply when registration and payment are directly through a course provider, and not SUNY Niagara. When payment is through a course provider, you will need to follow both the payment plan and refund policy provided through the payment processor.

**NO TUITION REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THE THIRD DAY OF THE SCHEDULED CLASS.

***NON-ATTENDANCE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE WITHDRAWAL.

STUDENTS MUST OFFICIALLY WITHDRAW FROM THE COURSE IN WRITING OR CALL (716) 614-6236 TO OBTAIN A REFUND.

SUNY Niagara Reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses due to insufficient enrollment.
