Recipients demonstrate leadership in and out of the classroom, help foster the community of Lee Scholars, and find meaningful ways to give back to others. NCCC Nursing graduate Korey MacDonald is the first two-year school recipient of the Distinguished Lee Scholar Award from the Buffalo-based Patrick P. Lee Foundation. Lee Foundation for helping NCCC students achieve their dreams.Class of 2024 Distinguished Scholars The NCCC Foundation awarded its most prestigious scholarship to six members of the Class of 2024. The Distinguished Student Scholarship goes to full-time, incoming NCCC freshman who earned a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 at a Niagara County high school and graduated with a New York State Regents diploma. Recipients must have demonstrated strong community service and provide assurance they plan to stay in Niagara County upon graduation and entry into the work force.
