A friendship blossomed between Carol Spedding and Rose through their love of horticulture, landscaping, and gardening. The scholarship was established to assist NCCC students in achieving their educational goals in horticulture and landscaping. Distinguished Student Scholarship Recipients 2021-2023The Distinguished Student Scholarship is Niagara County Community Colleges most prestigious scholarship, awarded annually.The Niagara County graduates will receive full tuition scholarships for four semesters at NCCC.
