Grants and scholarships are funds that do not have to be repaid. They are based on a completed FAFSA form, TAP form, need, merit or a combination of all four. Students must file Financial Aid forms to be eligible to work on campus.Loans, which must be repaid, come in various forms, interest rates, and repayment obligations. We encourage all students to consult the Financial Aid Office for assistance with their financial matters. Federal Work Study/On Campus Student Employment:Students who are approved for the Federal Work Study Program as part of their Financial Aid package will be notified by the Financial Aid office. Students must contact Financial Aid to verify the amount of their award and to receive a Human Resource packet before applying for available on-campus positions.Most positions are assigned for the academic year (September through May) and are paid minimum wage per hour on a bi-weekly basis. Refund Schedule for Official WithdrawalsThe following schedule of tuition/fees refunds shall be made to students officially withdrawing from full term classes*.The first week of classes is defined as seven calendar days, beginning with the first official day of College classes.
