Welcome to Student Housing Village at SUNY Niagara! We are now accepting applications for the 2023-2024 academic year. Apartments are going fast so apply today! A model apartment is now available for tours.

To be considered, all applications will be accepted in the order received and must be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of $275.00. For more information call 716-731-8850.

Payment can be made directly after completing your application, via a prompt for PayPal in your confirmation email, or by sending a money order to the housing office. Saturday, 1/13 – 9:00am: Returning students are welcome to return any point after this
Sunday, 1/14 – 9:00am – 3:00pm: New student move-in
Monday, 1/15 – Martin Luther King Jr. Day, no classes
Tuesday, 1/16 – First day of Spring 2024 semester

SUNY Niagara Housing COVID-19 Vaccine and Booster Policy

The College’s COVID-19 Vaccine Policy remains in effect and requires all students who will have a physical presence on campus to provide evidence of, at minimum, the initial course of COVID vaccinations.  Pursuant to the policy, students are considered fully vaccinated for their initial course of vaccination:  (a) two weeks after receiving the second dose in a two dose COVID-19 vaccine series or (b) two weeks after receiving a single dose COVID-19 vaccine.

Students are strongly encouraged to stay up to date on their vaccinations as defined by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), including obtaining any booster authorized by the FDA and recommended by the CDC for their age group.
