Welcome to Our Classroom!
Savor, Niagara Falls Culinary Institute’s (NFCI) upscale dining restaurant, provides a real-world hands-on learning experience for students enrolled in the Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts and Hospitality programs. Savor features an open kitchen where student chefs are on “display” to showcase their talents to the guests. Savor is open to the public and offers a prix fixe lunch and dinner menu.
Students work in rotation throughout Savor, including the wood-stone oven, serving fine dining cuisine. The goal is to expose students to classically prepared cuisine, presented in today’s modern style, with an emphasis on using high quality ingredients, all in a state-of-the-art kitchen.

NFCI Parking
Visitors and guests of the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute can conveniently park in the city-operated Rainbow Ramp, at the north end of NFCI. Entrances to the Rainbow Ramp are located on either 1st Street or Rainbow Boulevard near Niagara Street. Please note: the Rainbow Boulevard entrance is closed during the winter months.
- Once inside the ramp, proceed up to the 3rd floor.
- On the 3rd floor head to the south end of the parking structure.
- There will be a door at the south end that will lead directly into NFCI. Once inside thebuilding take either the elevator or the stairs to the 1st floor.
- Bring your parking ticket into the building to be validated. There is a $5 parking fee for all patrons attending a special event at the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute and for dining at Savor or La Patisserie. Parking tickets can be validated at the NFCI reception desk or at Savor Restaurant.
